Job Description :

We are seeking one (1)  ‘basic’ administrative temp to oversee and update the finance unit’s T&I (Tax and Insurance) spreadsheets. 


This temporary candidate only needs to have a basic understanding of accounting (no degree required), and expert knowledge of Excel. This is very detailed work!


  • Duration of assignment 1 to 6 months.

  • Hours 37.5 hours a week/half an hour lunch.

  • Please send bill and pay rate along with the candidates resume directly to me (if they took an excel test, please send test findings).

  • Currently in the office 2 day a week/working remotely 3 days a week (slated to move to 3 days in the office as of October 12th).

  • It is preferred that the candidate have their own computer for home use BUT we can supply a laptop. Our systems are not compatible with Apple Products.

  • I will do a phone screen/Unit will do a Webex interview.
