Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Temp
Location: Albany, NY
Hours: Mon.-Fri. 9:00am-5:00pm
-Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing.)
-Data entry.
-Updating/managing daily and weekly spreadsheets.
-Emailing, scanning and faxing duties.
-Coordinate staff transportation and compete required travel reimbursement forms.
-Read or convert inaccessible documents.
-Provide administrative support to staff with visually impairments.
-Scheduling meetings including following timelines for sending out/receiving and distributing materials.
-Managing several Outlook calendars, shared mailboxes used for scheduling, meeting notifications, attendance, etc.
Position requires experience and skill in the following:
-Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms.
-Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services. This includes being able to set-up and start meetings, monitor meetings for problems and troubleshoot/address technical issues for meeting attendees.
-Managing multiple tasks
-Ability to meet required timelines and prioritize duties to meet those timelines
