Job Description :

- Prepare survey packages for mailing to programs
- Track receipt of completed surveys
- Review data for quality and enter data into various software applications
- Provide customer support via phone, email and ITSM application during PCS
- Contact providers and Field Offices about missing or inaccurate data
- Review providers’ applications for exemptions from survey reporting, contact programs to obtain additional information and summarize findings
- Conduct tests of computer applications and summarize findings
- Complete activities in a timely manner with minimal errors
- Handle sensitive data with the ability to strictly follow HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) procedures
- Review and edit manuals and various web documents using Adobe products
- Assist in maintaining efficient systems for data cleansing and data entry by utilizing various internal applications (CONCERTS and MHPD)

Required Qualifications :

- At minimum, a 2year degree, but 4year degree is preferred.
- Must have experience with CARDIFF Teleform software
- Experience with data collection testing computer applications (PCS and Tableau reports) helpful - Experience with document production using MS Office products, such as Excel and Access
- Exhibit self-confidence obtaining information over the phone
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently on multiple tasks and deadlines
