Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Administrative Assistant assigned to the Education and Training department within the Quality management department is required to maintain all required education and training data entry for SLMS, coordination of trainings and entry of NIMRS data and also requires a knowledge of the incident reporting system and the SLMS system. Both require training to ensure accurate reporting for what will be an ongoing facility-wide need.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs. The Office Assistant will perform office support and clerical work to meet the requirements of the agency programs. Such work may consist of but is not limited to data entry; answer and direct phone calls, filing, organize and schedule meetings. The incumbent would also be assisting staff in creating or assisting in the preparation of reports, charts, graphs, and tables; and other related activities.
Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and One Note. Capable of multi-tasking and have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as having strong organizational skills.
Must have a High School diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary would be a plus.
Workdays and hours will be from Mon-Fri. 8am-4:30pm
