Job Description :
Maintaining staff time and attendance.
The purchasing coordinator for the teacher's educational materials and office supplies.
Maintains records on students and families.
Facilitates contact with outside schools.
Provides other administrative and clerical duties as the arise throughout the day.
Required Qualifications :
Expert in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Capable of multi-tasking and retaining high quality standards.
Strong communication skills.
