Job Description :

This position will be assigned to the Clinical Outpatient Programs. 


 


His/her duties include the following: preparing clinical materials for the clinical and medical staff, preparing materials as required by the Joint Commission and the OMH regulations and certification process including organization of critical risk management, backing up for scheduling appointments with patients' families regarding medication management and treatment planning; providing coverage at the reception desk which includes greeting visitors, accepting mail and managing other deliveries and directing phone calls. 


 


Filing, doing appointment reminder calls, mailing out correspondence, setting up new chart folders, tracking completion of required visitation protocols, ensuring completion of initial intake forms, conferring with clinicians, parents, and educators. 


 


The staff will also provide back-up assistance for getting IT requests covered by other FICCs. The staff will compile data and maintains staff development curriculum. In addition, this person will be a backup to the switchboard as needed.


 


Required Qualifications :

Work Schedule:
Tues – Fri: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and
Saturday: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
for a total of 37.50/hours
