Job Description
Our client, a “NYS agency focused on financial services and products”, is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Performs tracking and monitoring of key program deliverables and reports those metrics to senior leadership.
• Manages file structure for Research & Innovation Division and ensures that records are in their appropriate place.
• Monitors the Research & innovation Division's shared mailbox for internal and external engagement.
• Coordinates the process for the Research & Innovation Division's external engagement program.
• Assists with project management tasks as needed to support the Research & Innovation Division's innovation policy activities.
• Attends meetings and takes notes as necessary.
• Provides briefings and status updates to executive staff and other parties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a project management specialist.
• Proven strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have computer proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook & Word.
