Administrative Assistant
Screen and Direct Incoming Calls.
Assist with scanning and uploading documents and reports into the VCPR and IAMS.
Provide support to, and interacting with investigators located in all OIIA field offices.
Work with PDF documents and files, scanning and emailing.
Edit documents for grammar and content.
Scheduling interviews and interrogations.
Follow-up on assigned projects with limited oversight.
Any other administrative support activities which support the office and staff in field stations throughout the Region.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in highly sensitive work.
Ability to work independently and ask for direction when necessary.
Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues.
Computer literacy.
Ability to learn new computer programs quickly with appropriate assistance and support.
Working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word.
Typing 55 wpm.
Multi-tasker.
