Job Description :

• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
• Independently review employee time and attendance. Perform data entry of time and attendance and follow procedures put into place at the end of each pay period.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings and appointments, reserves room and other support equipment, as needed. Records and transcribes minutes as needed.
• Performs data entry into various facility databases.
• Maintains electronic and hard copy filing systems.
• Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
• Opens and routes mail and correspondence, including email and faxes.
• Answers telephones, routes callers as needed.
• Photocopies and collates information, at times considerable amounts of complex documents.


Required Qualifications :
• One year proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Proficient in 2016 MS Office Suite.
• Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 WPM. 
• High degree of multi-tasking, time management capability and performing tasks with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
