Job Description :

  • Review vouchers for payment, process and submit electronically. 

  • Maintain voucher and contract files both electronically and paper format. 

  • Check calculations for accuracy and report spending. 

  • Monitor transactions related to miscellaneous contracts. 

  • Provide customer service to contractors seeking information regarding contracts or vouchers.

  • Answer telephones. 

  • Other duties as required. 

Required Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access. 

  • Experience answering phones. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks within a given day. 

  • Ability to work independently. 

  • Experience with the professional medical conduct contracts.
