Job Description :
- Review vouchers for payment, process and submit electronically.
- Maintain voucher and contract files both electronically and paper format.
- Check calculations for accuracy and report spending.
- Monitor transactions related to miscellaneous contracts.
- Provide customer service to contractors seeking information regarding contracts or vouchers.
- Answer telephones.
- Other duties as required.
Required Qualifications :
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Experience answering phones.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks within a given day.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with the professional medical conduct contracts.
