Job Description :
- Leading New York City Government Construction Agency - long term clerk position
- Lend daily administrative support to the Division staff.
- Change Orders (Reviewing and logging them in a spreadsheet)
- Sidewalk Bridge Report
- Assist Administrative Associate
- Assist Project Officers with requests (I.E. Typing Letters, archiving)
- Telephone Coverage for other CM Departments where required.
- Must possess an intermediate skill level in MS Excel, type 60 wpm and be proficient in MS Word and Outlook.; detail oriented; punctual and personable; able to complete tasks with minimal supervision, good communication skills, ability to learn new systems.

Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of full-time clerical/administrative experience.
- Past experience in construction industry helpful.
