Job Description :

 


  • Leading New York City Government Construction Agency - long term clerk position

  • Lend daily administrative support to the Division staff.

  • Change Orders (Reviewing and logging them in a spreadsheet)


    • Sidewalk Bridge Report

    • Assist Administrative Associate

    • Assist Project Officers with requests (I.E. Typing Letters, archiving)

    • Telephone Coverage for other CM Departments where required.


  • Must possess an intermediate skill level in MS Excel, type 60 wpm and be proficient in MS Word and Outlook.; detail oriented; punctual and personable; able to complete tasks with minimal supervision, good communication skills, ability to learn new systems.


Required Qualifications :
 

Qualifications and Skills:



  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2 years of full-time clerical/administrative experience.

  • Past experience in construction industry helpful.
