Job Description :



  • Lend daily administrative support to the Division staff.

  • Change Orders (Reviewing and logging them in a spreadsheet)

  • Sidewalk Bridge Report

  • Assist Administrative Associate

  • Assist Project Officers with requests (I.E. Typing Letters, archiving)

  • Telephone Coverage for other CM Departments where/when required


 


Required Qualifications :
 Specific Skills Required for Position:

Four-year high school diploma or GED and two years of full-time clerical/administrative experience. Must be punctual, detailed-oriented, type 60 wpm and be at the intermediate skill level in MS Excel. Computer proficiency in Word and Outlook desired. Excellent soft-skills a plus.
