Computer Support Specialists
The position will provide IT trouble-shooting support under the direction of the agency IT liaison
- Develop user guides and job aids on agency-specific systems and associated business processes; and
- Be comfortable/proficient working in/with O365 including Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams
- Knowledge of video and web-conferencing using Cisco Webex, and Teams
- Knowledge of Xerox and HP Printer troubleshooting, support and consumables
- Knowledge of Apple mobile products including iphone, ipad and AirPrint.
