Job Description :
Cook Personnel shall understand thoroughly the ingredients, methods, terms, and equipment used in preparing and cooking foods. He/she will perform thoroughly the proper care, cleaning, and safe operation of kitchen equipment; conform completely with food sanitation regulations; determine quantity and quality of food; understand and follow oral and written instructions; cook a variety of foods including but not limited to soups, sauces and entrees.
Required Qualifications :
Cook Personnel shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in cooking a variety of foods, including experience on large scale cooking as in an industrial type cafeteria operation. Client Requirments:
