Sunday, September 26th
·Sixteen (16) event workers - split between 2 shifts (6 in the AM and 10 in the PM)
·2 different shifts - 1 Lead and 6 workers for shift 1 and 1 Lead and 10 workers for shift 2.
·Shifts are 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 12:30 PM to 6:00 PM
·Food is available at the street party during the event for workers to eat
·Prefer event workers be workers that have worked with us in the past, but not necessary (except for lead workers)
·Help with final set up (6:00 AM to 12:30 PM) and with clean up (12:30 PM to 6:00 PM)
·Clean up garbage while the event is taking place (both shifts have this responsibility when set up is done and before clean up starts) ****It is very important that the workers are cleaning up the garbage during the event. We will have a designated area where filled garbage bags that are taken out of the garbage cans can be taken to help us keep the street clean!* Harry's Pizza will be helping with the use of their dumpsters.***
·The One (1) lead worker and three (3) event workers to meet Mike Mucci around 11:00 AM to help with Finish Line clean up before departing at 12:30 PM (will meet Mike at Vesey Street and walk to Finish Line to assist while others continue to assist with garbage during the event before the next crew arrives). I will need to know who will be helping Mike and their contact information.
Once again, Lead Event Workers and Event Workers will need to register with us as they are required to wear our photo id badge as well as our issued volunteer shirt on Sunday. Lead Event Supervisors can pick up the badges for ALL on Saturday morning when they arrive at 8:30 AM as well as the volunteer shirts. Lead Event Workers will be responsible for handing out the badges and shirts to the Event Workers on Sunday morning/afternoon. There is no time on Sunday morning/afternoon for the workers to get their own badges and shirts. Badges and shirts can be picked up from the Conrad Hotel on Saturday morning - on the corner of where we will be working.
James Preston from our T2T staff will be the contact for the workers. He will keep track of their hours, breaks, etc. This will help us keep better track of things.
