Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants
This position requires traditional office responsibilities including; but not limited to; greeting customers, answering telephones, opening and preparing mail, receiving payments, filing, photocopy/scanning of documents, preparing reports, updating data bases and utilizing our in house accounting and permitting systems.
Candidate will also serve as assistant to our program director and will be responsible for the issuance of permits, permit renewals, availability for review notices and various other duties. One day per week will be designated for the collection of reports from our off site vendors at various locations around the area. A vehicle will be provided for this purpose.
