             Manages VP calendar.

             Serves as liaison between VP and division management and administrative staff.

             Maintain schedule, answer phone, follow-up on assignments and other planning needs. Composes and/or edits correspondence and reports.

             Monitors incoming and outgoing correspondence addressed to VP and all incoming transmittals requiring immediate attention and critical matters with internal and external entities. Maintains all necessary files. and coordinates all attention in a timely and accurate manner.

             Serves as liaison between VP's office and other SCA offices.

             Coordinates and follows up on matters between VP's office and A&E management and staff.

             Coordinates meetings and conferences - makes all necessary arrangements, prepares agendas. Communicates by phone, email and in person with SCA staff, consultants and others.

             Keeps VP informed of all communications and schedule commitments—such communications may be confidential in nature and content.

             Attends senior level A&E meetings   as necessary; Lends administrative support to Directors, as necessary. Takes meeting minutes, if required.

             Performs special tasks as assigned by VP.

Required Qualifications :

Specific Skills Required for Position:

  • HS Diploma or GED and 8 years of administrative/secretarial experience, preferably reporting to an Executive-level client

  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite Applications—Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to followinstructions

  • Detailed Oriented

  • Ability to use sound judgment.

  • Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to treat callers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
