Food Preparer

Scope of Work:
- cuts vegetables and mixes salads
- prepares food for the following day
- prepares two breakfasts carts daily
- cooks lunch and dinner using premade Cookchill products
- receives deliveries and stores and checks dates
-clean carts, tables, mops and washed stove, dishes and pots according to NYS Health Code Standards
- 1 FTE 9:30am-6:00pm Friday through Tuesday
- 1 FTE 9:30am-6:00pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
