Cook Chill is a system of preparing large quantities of food using a time/temperature process that provides an extended shelf life. The agency makes over 150 different food products (25,000 lbs. produced daily). Refrigerated trucks deliver these fully prepared wholesome meals to dozens of meal sites from Buffalo to Long Island.
