NYC Agency is seeking two Help Desk Techs to support its offices in downtown Manhattan.


·       Support the Agency’s employees/users and walk them through various technical/computer issues


·       Utilize Manage Engine (helpdesk ticketing system)


·       Go to other Agency sites (5-min walk from main site) when necessary


·       Escalate calls to other offices, as needed


·       Help users with basic installation software (ex. Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) and troubleshooting


·       Transport computer equipment from one site to another


·       Assist with the breakdown and set-up of computer equipment


·       Perform other duties as required


Required Qualifications :
 Requirements:

·       Customer service skills


·       Communication skills


·       Background check required


·       Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19


·       Shift: M-F 9am-5pm OR 11am to 7pm


·       At least 2 years of experience in working in a large network environment


·       Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
