HR Administrative Assistant

Job Description :

Assist the HR Staffing & Recruiting Team in all aspects of human resources relative to recruitment, staffing and employment in the following areas:



  • Submitting contingent job order requests

  • Reviewing/routing contingent resumes

  • Scheduling contingent interviews

  • Creating contingent confirmation of assignment letters

  • Conducting contingent orientation

  • Following up on outstanding timesheets for RFP payments/reconciliations

  • Preparing appointment letters, promotion/reclassification and welcome memos

  • Preparing personnel action forms

  • Creating New Hire Folders/Maintaining Virtual Files

  • Update/Maintain Spreadsheets

  • Coordinating appointments w/IT (equipment issuance)

  • Filing; archiving; and answering phones (when on-site)

  • Ad hoc projects

  • Assist other HR Managers, if required


 


 


Required Qualifications :
Specific Skills Required for Position: Minimum HS Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s Degree preferable; 8 years of complex/responsible administrative experience, preferably in an HR Staffing and Recruitment Environment; Must be personable, professional and must maintain confidentiality; Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills; Self-starter with good follow-up skills. Must be able to work in a Team environment; Intermediate to advanced-level MS Office Skills; and must be willing to learn.
