Job Description :
Duties include data input; answer phones, respond to public inquiries, and direct appropriately; process correspondence, sending, sorting, distribution, filing, typing; manage the front office and public reception area; serve as a support liaison with court personnel and agency personnel, assisting with inquiries and contacts; prepare reports as requested; process restitution checks and prepare prospective relief information; order supplies, organize and maintain supply room; obtain petty cash checks; provide administrative support to the attorneys and other staff; arrange necessary travel and process vouchers for attorneys; serve as the office contact for repairs and orders of equipment, office furniture, etc; and archive records and serve as PAM officer for records management, input data into PAM system, send and retrieve office files from storage; act as a liaison between bureaus, Administrative Offices, and Legal Technology located in Albany; and other duties, as needed.
