Management Specialist - Performance & Accountability Division

Our client, a well-regarded organization, is currently seeking a Management Specialist to join their Performance & Accountability Division. As a Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying solutions and implementing procedures to enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will:

  • Assist in problem identification and solutions, including the creation of Authorization to Proceed Requests and ensuring compliance with internal procedures for design consultant compensation.

  • Develop methodologies, analytical and automated models to evaluate administrative and operational challenges and implement procedures to address them.

  • Collaborate with outside vendors/consultants and contribute to the development and implementation of a division-wide management plan.

  • Conduct reviews and system audits to test the efficiency of new procedures.

  • Support resource allocation planning and analysis to align with the organization's objectives and goals.

  • Prepare analytical reports on assigned projects and perform related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Preferred - a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with relevant background or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Office 365, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio.

  • The ability to perform complex analysis and problem-solve with limited supervision.
