Title: Nurse Team Leader, Hospice (3)
Position Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: (TBD)
Salary: $105K-123K plus $15,000 Sign-on Bonus or Student Loans Assistance, paid over the course of 3 years
We have 3 open roles for Nurse Team Leaders. The Nurse Team Leader supports the Team Manager position by providing leadership and guidance to the professional staff on a day-to-day basis to ensure the provision of Hospice services are consistent with the philosophy, goals, and policies of the program and MJHS.
Required Qualifications :
- NYS RN License required. BSN preferred
- Hospice nursing experience required; Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Cantonese or Mandarin)
- Valid drivers license required for some areas
- Effectively supervises, mentors and coaches home care nurses
- Works effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment
- Multi-tasks and prioritize effectively
- Possess strong clinical skills and knowledge of Home Health Care regulations
- Possess teaching, communication, and listening skills
- Possess critical thinking skills
- Possess organizational skills
- Candidates are required to pass a pharmacology test as part of the recruitment process
