Salary: $86K-103K plus $15,000 Sign-on Bonus or Student Loans Assistance, paid over the course of 3 years
We have 1 open role for an Occupational Therapist who is responsible for direct patient care, providing occupational therapy treatment to adult home care patients. Also responsible for coordinating plan of care with Rehab management and submitting appropriate paperwork on timely basis and abiding by all agency, state and federal rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications :
- NYS Occupational Therapy license, Palliative Care Certificate, Pediatric Specialty
- 1 year of experience providing therapy in a healthcare setting. Home care experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's preferred
- Bilingual skills (Spanish, Cantonese or Mandarin)
