Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-4:30pm
Duties will include: Monitor e-mail mailboxes and provide information to and answer questions from all other staff, other agencies and the public. Refer inquiries to the appropriate office or individual. Run requested reports and prepare for distribution. Maintain inventory, maintenance, assignment/ITSM ticket logs or other records to ensure all issues are handled timely. Operate office machines such as copiers, calculators, computer printers and perform simple maintenance tasks such as adding toner and paper. Setup and support of employee workstations, including the hookup of computers and peripherals. Configure, maintain and support desktop software. Provide computer troubleshooting, fixing items where appropriate. Accurately key data into various databases, software modules, Excel spreadsheets, etc. Verify accuracy and correct errors on invoices, vouchers, etc. Verify and record payment dates using various databases. Establish new and/or maintain files by numbering forms, coding, preparing file folders and compiling relevant material. Update and correct records and file, retrieve records using one or more filing systems. Assist in preparation of files to be sent for scanning or to the BSC. Miscellaneous assignments as they occur.
