Location: Albany, NY
Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-4:30pm



Coordinate, review and process all basic salary payroll transactions, payments, and deductions for one or more assigned facilities. Conduct Pre and Post audits of all payroll transactions, additional payments and deductions.  Communicate with facility contacts, Office of the State Comptroller personnel, Central Transaction Unit personnel, Central Office Facility Personnel administrators and others to relay payroll processing information and/or to resolve problems.  Maintain accurate and complete records of payroll transactions and payments for each assigned facility.  Respond to written requests from employees at your assigned facility regarding a question on their salary history.  Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
