Job Description :
Process, access and respond to consumer complaints by email, letter, telephone and in-person.
Process office mail, handle walk-ins and answer phones.
Under the general supervision of an Assistant Attorney General, may be required to investigate these complaints and serve as a mediator between the consumer and business organization.
Perform research, review records, write case summaries, generate spreadsheets, records management and report generation functions and perform other duties as necessary.
Hours:
40hrs./wk.
Required Qualifications :
Preferred Education - Technical Degree/Certificate Program or Bachelor's Degree
