Paralegal
Job Description:
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Reviews bit license and LPTC application packages for completeness.
• Tracks and maintains virtual currency application status reports for use by senior management.
• Reviews division policies and procedures and monitors implementation.
• Responds to questions concerning policy or procedures and refers calls to appropriate staff member.
• Compiles and reviews analyses, application memos, and field examination reports.
• Supports the build-out of or enhancements to internal policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal.
• Must have Paralegal certification.
• Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
