Job Description :
Assumes responsibility for the effective entry of patients into our Health Center; coordinates and makes arrangements for all access-related activities including data gathering, triage, communication with referring physicians, scheduling visits and pre-visit diagnostic tests, communicating with disease-site teams, and provides insurance and financial clearance for new and return visits.
Required Qualifications :
1. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in patient registration, patient scheduling, or insurance verification; or
2. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and successful completion of a Patient Access Representative traineeship
