Job Description :


  • Work hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm daily

  • Good customer service skills

  • Ability to handle stressful conversations

  • Will log on to a portal/program to provide information to businesses

  • Calls will be routed to worker’s cell phone and workers may place calls to businesses

  • Provide coaching to agents who are new

  • Responsible for calls that require escalation

  • Serve as back-up support for other agents

  • Ensure that all agents are active

  • Familiar with VCC and Slack, including scripts and NYC's latest guidelines

  • Track attendance of the agents


Required Qualifications :


  • Must have a phone and laptop (will be working remotely)

  • Must have good internet access
