Project Administrative Assistant
• Drafting project communications on behalf of the project team
• Provide administrative support to the Project director and assistant project director to ensure efficient operations within the project
• Coordinate resources for project meetings, schedule meetings and prepare meeting agenda and presentations, if applicable
• Participate in project meetings by documenting attendees, creating meeting notes including questions, action items, and decisions
• Assist with maintaining project spreadsheets of important project data such as budgets, timelines, and milestones
• Drafting status reports summarizing project results for managers’ review
• Assist with tracking project risks and issues. Ensure Project team provides regular updates to the risks and issues
• Review documents and ensure proper format
• Prepare, process, update, and compile routine documents, records, and reports
• Assist with the compilation of ad-hoc Project reports
• Other project duties as assigned
