Job Description :

The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Assist with the logistics of COVID-19 planning for five Community Service Center (“CSC”) locations (one in each borough);

  • Work requires frequent travel within NYC:  report to Central Office in lower Manhattan and travel to CSC locations in each borough as needed;

  • Report directly to the Executive Director of Operations, work closely with Operations staff, and report and liaise with Agency Chief Reopening Officer;

  • Work closely with property manager for each CSC location to coordinate cleanings, deliveries, minor office construction related to COVID-19, etc;

  • Communicate with vendors, prepare solicitations for services or goods and otherwise support agency procurements related to COVID-19;

  • Ensure receipt and distribution of goods and services;

  • As directed, ensure signage is distributed (after approvals obtained), placed and maintained in the required areas;

  • Work closely with and respond to staff, as needed; 

  • Monitor the inventory and distribution of PPE supplies to ensure adequate supply at each agency location and maintain inventory tracking on weekly basis;

  • If required, attend meetings, conferences, seminars and webinars related to COVID-19 planning;

  • Assist with implementing and complying with agency, citywide and building policies related to COVID-19 as needed;

  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed and directed by Executive Director of Operations and Agency Chief Reopening Officer;

  • May require heavy lifting.
