Transcriptionist for In-House Construction Projects


 


Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for accurate documentation? We are seeking a Transcriptionist to join our team, providing crucial support for in-house construction projects. If you have a high school diploma or GED, along with at least 4 years of administrative/clerical/secretarial experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role performing complex confidential secretary/administrative tasks, we encourage you to apply. Your skills will contribute to construction projects by ensuring accurate records and effective communication.


 


In this role, you will:


 



  • Attend job progress meetings at field sites/offices for in-house construction projects.

  • Take accurate notes during meetings and prepare comprehensive minutes.

  • Enter meeting minutes into CM13 and maintain a detailed record of the information entered.

  • Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance, representing our team with excellence.


Required Qualifications :

To excel in this role, you should possess:


 



  • A valid driver's license.

  • Computer literacy and strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to accurately transcribe information.

  • Previous supervisory experience, managing complex confidential tasks.

  • A construction background is desired and/or helpful.
