Job Description :

The ideal candidate will report to the Director of Accounting in the Finance Department and assist with the upcoming year-end close and the interim and year-end audit. The following background experience is required to be successful in the assignment:

• financial statement preparation and footnote disclosure preparation
• implementation of new accounting standards
• experience in review and preparation of analysis for compliance with GAAP and applicable accounting standards (GASB)
• perform reconciliation and analytics
• process entry in conformity with applicable accounting standards and principles (GAAP / GASB)

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 4 years of full-time progressive accounting experience. Must be able to work independently and have intermediate to advanced level skills in the of application of accounting practices and knowledge of Oracle Financials.
