In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and data systems to collect and evaluate data from various sources.
- Clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights.
- Utilize programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) to build data models and identify inaccuracies.
- Create and maintain records of transactions, and develop reports and dashboards for data visualization.
- Recommend data-driven solutions to key stakeholders and establish KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering learning and development.
- Develop and present presentations and reports based on findings and recommendations.
- Provide end user training, documentation, and support for processes and metrics.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience leading teams.
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital skills, including Microsoft Power BI/Tableau, SQL, ETL Tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
