Social Worker

Location: Hudson, NY
Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-4:00pm

 

 

Candidates with assist with providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans), according to policy and procedure. Group facilitation will also be part of the expectations.

Candidate will be required to submit a TB testing and recent flu shot. May have contact with incarcerated individuals. Candidate will be also subject to the agency's orientation.
