Job Description
Our client, a “NYS agency focused on mental health issues”, is looking for a Social Worker for one of their clinics in the NYC area.

Responsibilities

The clinic serves individuals with serious mental illness, the majority of whom are Hispanic and reside in the NYC Metropolitain area. The social worker will carry a caseload of patients with serious mental illness and will contribute to our mission of providing recovery-oriented services through case management and supportive therapies. The social worker will formulate multidisciplinary treatment plans, psycho-social assessments and progress notes. The social will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with psychiatrists, nurses, peer specialists, occupational therapists and a team of other social workers.

Required Qualifications
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Must be licensed.
